Verified providers
Identity, licences and documents are checked by Warsha staff before a provider can work. Expired documents pause a provider until they are renewed.
Know who is coming
You see the name, photo, vehicle and plate, and confirm the meeting with an arrival code.
No surprise charges
Extra work needs your approval in the app, with the reason, the price and photos.
Electronic invoices
Every completed job gets an invoice, saved in your account and emailed to you.
Secure sign-in
One-time SMS codes. Repeated wrong codes temporarily lock sign-in for that number, and the owner of the number receives a security SMS.
Support when it matters
If something goes wrong, report a problem from the booking and our support team investigates.
